| (I usually invite you if you are 28 weeks pregnant or over) |
At the antenatal group we cover: the labour, the birth, feeding your baby, changes to relationships, postnatal issues i.e. cot death, car safety, postnatal depression + support agencies. During the final session a mum from the previous group comes back to bathe her baby. All of the above is usually covered over 5 weeks.
If you are thinking of having a baby, then do look at the folic acid leaflet, and I look forward to meeting you.
