In order to use the internet booking system you need to: 1 Register for this service at the surgery. This involves going to the surgery and ask at reception for your Online Access-ID. We should be able to print you off a sheet with your access numbers immediately. 2 Register for the Emis Access service. You will need the data on the sheet we have printed for you, your date of birth and a password.
