Repeat prescription service times
Our 2 day service is affected by the Health Centre closure on Friday
Afternoons and Weekends. Please plan your own repeat prescription in plenty of
time. This will help us improve our service to you and you will experience less
delay when manufacturers are out of stock and cannot supply us next day.

Please understand that the above dates only allow us to
receive, check, prepare, check by a Doctor and dispense your request. There is
no allowance in these times for
Supplier being out of stock, or
Fluctuations in daily requests (240-400 a day)

- Telephone requests are taken between 10.00 and 12.00.
- Please allow 48 hrs for processing of your prescription.
- Try to have your repeat request handy whilst making your order. This makes life
much easier for both yourself and us.
- Can obviously be sent any time of day or night.
- Please allow 48 hrs from the time your e-mail will be seen by us. (If you
are e-mailing us in the evening we will not see your request till the next
morning)
- Make sure the NAME of the patient for whom the drugs are ordered and their
PATIENT NUMBER (at the top of your repeats sheet) is in the e-mail.
- Take care copying the names of your drugs. If we do not understand which
drugs you want, we cannot issue the scripts for them. We will NOT return your
email to ask for clarification.
Scripts issued after your consultation with the Doctor
are immediately dispensed, provided they are in stock.
